As a result, these pods are not only fully insulated but also have a strong structure, with the roof's weight evenly distributed across the panels.

Our pods are completely insulated, with walls and roofs constructed using high-density PU foam that possesses an R value of 2.5. This ensures that the indoor temperature remains comfortable, regardless of the exterior temperature. Interestingly, our pods have superior insulation compared to many homes constructed from brick.

The standard inclusions do not include heating and cooling options because the requirements can vary significantly based on the location and usage of the project. Several popular heating options, such as open fireplaces, pot belly stoves, gas fires, and hydronic heating, are available, while ceiling fans and, on occasion, split air-conditioning systems are the typical cooling options.
