Nestpods provides eco-friendly and sustainable living solutions, primarily in the form of tiny homes and modular living spaces. Our products are designed to create compact, sustainable, and comfortable living spaces that are both practical and eco-friendly efficient, using sustainable materials and technologies to minimize their environmental impact. All our products built off-site and then transported to their final location, making them easy to install and relocate if needed.
Our Process
feasibility study
A property report will be compiled by us in consultation with the local council’s planning and building departments.
Next, we will schedule a meeting where we decide on the location of the pod and discuss your requirements along with any upgrades. Following this, we will select the finishes.
Lastly, we will provide you with a detailed quotation for the project with any optional add-ons itemised for transparency.
Pre design
A: Together with our architect we will design your pod to your specifications. These drawings will include the floor plan, site plan, and the electrical plan.
B: There are typically a few rounds of revisions before we finalise these plans.
C: Once finalised, the design consultant and the project manager will conduct a physical site visit and peg out the location of the pod.
delivery
A: In this stage we will generate the minor works contract and start prefabrication off site.
B: These projects typically take 30 to 45 days to complete. Once the finishes are done, we will hand over the pod
